Our Business

Since the spring of 2005, Brentwood Pet Sitters has served the Brentwood community as a professional in home pet sitting service. Our goal is to promote your pets’ health and well being and build long term relationships.

Peace of Mind   We understand your pets are members of your family. Knowing your pets and your home are in the best of hands gives you peace of mind while you’re away. We want your time away to be worry-free.

Customized Services  We realize your pets each have unique personalities and needs. This is what makes our job so fun. During our initial interview we set up a pet care plan with you that will best suit each pet. This may include anything from preparing special diets, to assisting senior pets navigate stairs, to drool clean up (you know who you are).

Safety  The safety of your pets and home is our number one priority. We do our best to make your home look occupied and do not display our company name on our vehicles which may alert people to your absence. Our sitters are all members of the community and close by. We can be available on short notice for emergencies and unexpected events.

Convenience and Availability  We want to make your life easier. Once you are an active client you can easily schedule your visits by logging on to our website or making a quick phone call. By having a team of sitters we can be available for last minute bookings and schedule changes. We’re here for you when you need us.

Experience and Education  Our hands-on experience gives us the knowledge to make the most of our interactions with your pets to keep them happy. We also believe in continuing education and keeping current on animal care and behavior.

Professional  Brentwood Pet Sitters is licensed, bonded and insured. We are members of Pet Sitters International, an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and support local animal welfare organizations and volunteer within the community.

Communication  We love hearing from you and value open communication. Although our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm, voicemail and emails can be left 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each visit to your home includes a detailed journal entry from your sitter letting you know how much fun your pets were having.

First Rate Staff We know our reputation is built by the quality of our staff; therefore we are extremely selective when choosing our sitters. All of our sitters are reliable, trustworthy and passionate animal lovers. All applicants are required to complete a background check, provide references and receive continuing education relevant to pet care.

We pride ourselves in providing customized outstanding service and strive to establish long-term relationships with our clients. We love your babies as if they were our own and quickly become attached. By giving them the best care while you’re away, we know we can look forward to seeing them again in the future.

Our sitters are in the Pet Sitting industry because they love animals and have decided that life is too short to be doing something that doesn't make us happy.
