Payment

Payment is due in the form of check, cash or credit card on the first visit of the service period.   If you wish to pay by credit card, please call the office prior to your scheduled visits to provide credit card information. Unless otherwise specified, credit cards will be automatically charged for future services. Late payments are subject to a $10.00 late payment fee.

Cancellations

We adhere to a strict policy of no overbooking; therefore, we will turn away business to accomodate your schedule. A 24 hour notice is required for early return and cancellation of service (for non-holiday reservations) or you will be charged the rate of one visit. After cancellations fees, any remaining balance will be applied to future pet sitting service.

Mid day Walk clients must call the office prior to   8 am to cancel daily walks.

Holiday Payments and Cancellations

Holiday reservations should be made as early as your plans permit to guarantee availability. All reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations 14 days prior to the first visit are fully refundable.

No credits will be given for early returns during holiday periods.

An additional Holiday Charge of $5.00 per visit will apply for visits made on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Same Day Service Requests

We will make every effort to accommodate last minute/emergency service needs.  In order to compensate our sitters for last minute schedule changes, same day service requests may be subject to an additional surcharge.

Key Policy

We cannot accept jobs with keys left under mats or otherwise hidden. Two working copies of your house key should be provided at the Initial Interview to be kept on file for future visits. If you live in a gated community you must provide a gate card, remote or access code.

Additional Supplies and Services

Should Brentwood Pet Sitters find it necessary to provide additional services or supplies for the care of your pet(s) or home, reimbursement is expected upon your return. This would include but is not limited to:  veterinary trips, obtaining pet food, medication or supplies, additional visits for late arrival home, emergencies  or unexpected household  occurrences.

Visitors In the Home

For the safety of your pets and our sitters, we will not provide services while other persons may be visiting or residing on the property unless prior approval has been made.

The above policies, including fees, may be changed or updated without prior notice or publication.  Non-compliance with policies may be cause for termination of current or future services. Brentwood Pet Sitters, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person or pets without explanation.
